Here’s what was left of my grand mother’s house after the bombing of Houffalize.
Inside the house, in the cellars under the road level, several people died during the bombing, including my grand mother’s brother and his young wife as well as other people of the neighbourhood.
This is a unique photo that my mother found only some days ago in a stack of family photos. None of her brothers nor sisters have a copy.
The original photo is 9 cm x 6 cm.
